“Chocolate-covered black plum, boysenberry, peach and blackcurrant aromas perfume the nose that hints at pencil shavings and a cup of hibiscus-infused black tea. The palate is balanced with soft tannins that are ready to be enjoyed now but will continue to mature in bottle. Pair with duck breast, filet mignon and roasted mushrooms” — Reggie Solomon
