Last month we had the pleasure of hosting our first French Wine Dinner at the lovely Rhode Island Country Club.
Hosted by the one and only Michael, our NE sales manager, along with the Ruby Wines Rhode Island team.
We started the night with bubbly Fernand Lemaire Tradition Brut.
The first course was a Salade Lyonnaise paired with Fournier Sancerre Silex.
Next we opened Chateau Vitallis Pouilly-Fuisse to accompany Coquille St Jacques.
Followed by juicy jammy Pizay Morgon with Confit du Canard.
The main course was an outstanding Boeuf Bourguignon, perfect match to our beloved Lazaret CdP Cuvée Exceptionnelle.
Finishing strong with Lazaret CdP Rouge and Crème Brûlée!!
