Vinification
Virtually total de-stemming, pumping over twice a day. Vatting time : 2 to 3 weeks in concrete vats. Matured for 18 monthsin vats and “foudres” (15%).
Tasting Notes
A generous, dense and fruity Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Sweet cherries, strawberries and warm spices on the nose. Full-bodied with plush tannins. Dense and creamy core of ripe red berries with some spices and a mellow finish.
