Vinification
Grapes are pressed at low pressure and cold stabilized, in contact with their lees for 8 days. Fermentation is done at low tempterature, in contact with lees, for 10 Months. Fermenting juices are stirred weekly.
Tasting Notes
This wine has the key elements that one expects from a Sancerre. Pale lemon in color, this wine has a nose golden apple and white peach with hints of orange zest. There are moments of concentration on the midpalate followed by a lemon-citrus-tilted finish.
