Vinification
Static racking of the must. Electronic thermo-regulated fermentation (16-20°) in stainless steel tanks for a period of 3 weeks. No malolactic fermentation. Maturing on fine lees.
Tasting Notes
Near gold in color, the wine has a nose of strawberry stem, dried red cherry, white peach, fennel leaf and orange peel. The reserved palate reveals a savory core that is encapsulated by orchard fruit that leads the taste while acknowledging its herb-tinged center.
