Vinification

Grapes are pressed at low pressure and cold fermented for 6 to 8 days amongst fine lees. Jouce is ferments at low temperatures and finally aged with fine lees for up to a year.

Tasting Notes

An impressive single-vineyard wine, this is powerfully rich as well as finely textured. Apple fruits are enriched by touches of apricots and ripe Bartlett pears.
