Vinification

Harvested very early in the morning to benefit from the cooler morning air. Protection of the grapes and juice from the aeration as to avoid any oxodation. Pneumatic pressure, cold settling and slow fermentation (18°C) in a stainless steel vat.

Tasting Notes

A broad, seductive style that still carries poise, with beautiful floral high tones introducing a plump range of honeydew, jasmine and white peach flavors. A bitter quinine note and flinty minerality shore up the palate in this solid white, backed by a whiff of smoke.
