“Traditionally, in France, in family business, women are just there to help their husbands in the fields, doing the documents, and taking care of everything at home. The situation is changing slowly, but we are in a very traditional sector,” says Florence.
“Being a woman in agriculture is challenging since we have to prove we are efficient all the time. Slowly, people will simply accept opening their eyes to the competencies women can add.”
