Originally from the Boston area, Peter moved to New York in 1994 to work for Seagram Chateau & Estate Wine Company, the premier Bordeaux importer in the U.S. market. Coincidentally, C&E was also home to DMS founder, David Milligan, who left about a year later to form his eponymous firm DMS. Although their paths never crossed,
Peter knew of David reputationally.
An avid traveler, Peter has visited over a dozen European countries with strong preference for both Burgundy, Bordeaux and the Loire valley. The combination of history, food, culture and of course wine are difficult to beat.
Although Peter considers himself a New Yorker, he still hates the Yankees!
