Vinification
Fermentation and malo are carried out in oak barrels thanks to indigenous yeasts. This wine is aged on fine lees for 11 months in oak barrels and 6 months in stainless steel vats.
Tasting Notes
This wine comes from vines planted around the chateau that has 13th-century origins. Lush and buttery with notes of toasted almonds, acacia and citrus.
