Vinification
Grapes are pressed at low pressure and cold fermented for 6 to 8 days amongst fine lees. Jouce is ferments at low temperatures and finally aged with fine lees for up to a year.
Tasting Notes
An impressive single-vineyard wine, this is powerfully rich as well as finely textured. Apple fruits are enriched by touches of apricots and ripe Bartlett pears. The wine’s texture promises further aging, so drink from 2021. – RV
