Vinification
Grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press and cold fermented. Maturing on fine lees for 8 months.
Tasting Notes
Produced from vines growing in the white chalk soil so typical of Sancerre, this wine has a strong mineral character. That is balanced by the ripe fruit with tropical flavors that has now softened. The wine is rich and ready to drink. – RV
